1.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "juqn365" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at juqn365.org, including all associated web pages, features, games, and services.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operators and owners of the juqn365 platform.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the juqn365 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the juqn365 platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, promotional, and ancillary services offered through the juqn365 platform.
• "Funds" refers to any Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) amounts deposited into, held in, or withdrawn from a Player's juqn365 Account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by juqn365 to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all laws, regulations, and regulatory frameworks applicable to online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the juqn365 platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services offered by juqn365, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the juqn365 platform and close your Account if one has been created. 3.Eligibility & Age Restriction

The juqn365 platform is strictly intended for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino and sports betting activities.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
3. You are accessing the juqn365 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of juqn365 or its affiliated entities.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the juqn365 platform or had your Account closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

juqn365 takes the 21+ age restriction seriously. We employ age verification procedures during the registration and withdrawal process. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.

4.Account Registration

To access the full range of juqn365 Services, you must create a registered Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your Account information and promptly update it if any details change.
• You will not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• You are registering only one Account on the juqn365 platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.

juqn365 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. juqn365 also reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their juqn365 Login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify juqn365 support immediately. juqn365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the juqn365 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). juqn365 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your juqn365 Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. juqn365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified account in your name.
• Any active Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• juqn365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

juqn365 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

juqn365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in the form of bonus funds or free spins and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

7.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the juqn365 platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, Bingo, Dragon Hatch, Tower, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

juqn365 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for virtual games and partners with internationally accredited live dealer studios for live casino games. Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are not subject to manipulation by juqn365 or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, juqn365 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. 8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juqn365 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the juqn365 platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with juqn365.
• Using the juqn365 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on juqn365.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the juqn365 platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials.
• Accessing the juqn365 platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that juqn365 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Players, juqn365 staff, or the integrity of the platform.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the juqn365 platform — including but not limited to the juqn365 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of juqn365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the juqn365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any juqn365 content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on juqn365 content.
• Use the juqn365 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the juqn365 platform for any commercial purpose.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, juqn365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the juqn365 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Loss or corruption of data, including Account information or transaction history.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the juqn365 platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

juqn365's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

The juqn365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. juqn365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

11.Responsible Gaming

juqn365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviors. juqn365 takes this responsibility seriously and provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) if you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the juqn365 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12.Amendments & Termination

Your continued use of the juqn365 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

juqn365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• A Player's own request for Account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon Account termination for cause, juqn365 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money funds held in the Account at the time of termination will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding investigations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
